You may join as many clubs as you want. There is no limit. However, it is best to focus on a maximum of 3 clubs to ensure your studies are not neglected. 
 

Each club operates differently, as certain clubs have an annual/registration fee (usually between RM5-RM10). This amount will only be used by the club to cover expenses and events.  
 

Follow these steps: 

1. On the top right corner of the screen, click onClubs and Societies.
2. Scroll to theendand fill up your details in the “Registration form”. 
3. Once yousubmitthe form, the respective clubs will be notified.
    

No. The Clubs & Societies are open for all students under the BAC Education Group. 
 

Please give us a period of 3 – 5 working days  after you have submitted the registration form. All Clubs & Societies are run by the students and they might be bogged down with their exams, classes or assignments. If you do not hear from them after 5 working days, please feel free to contact us at bac.engage@bac.edu.my.

The easiest way to differentiate the clubs would be the outcome of the projects carried out. For example, an Academic Club, such as Finance & Investment, conduct events and activities related to their subject and modules. Non-Academic Clubs generally conduct extra-curricular activities with outcomes not directed with any academic subject and modules, example: Muay Thai, Futsal & Volleyball.

There are a total of 24 clubs & societies within the BAC Education Group.  

Academic clubs – 16

Mooting – Generally simulates a court hearing which looks at preparing submissions, analyzing the case/problem, researching the relevant information and event presenting the case in a ‘mock’ court room setting. 

Debate – A formal discussion on a particular matter in which opposing arguments are put forward in front of an audience or judge.

We are home to 24 clubs and societies. If they aren’t suited to your interests, there’s nothing holding you back from starting your own. But you can’t just start a new version of a club which already exists; it must be something different. If you would like to create a new club or society, please feel free to reach out to us at bac.engage@bac.edu.my. 

However, please consider the following before approaching us: 

1. Do you have enough friends or peers to start a club? 
2. Who would you like to be an advisor to your club? (An advisor has to be a part of the Teaching Faculty or Administrative Staff) 
3. What is the club or society representing? 
4. How would the club or society benefit the students?

There would be times where a conflict on timing will occur should you be a member of multiple clubs or societies. It is always best to liaise with the EXCO members from the respective club or society to resolve this issue. 

The clubs and societies operate independently from one another, and have their own committee members and event plans. If you wish to join multiple clubs or societies, please ensure you are able to juggle the activities and your studies too.
 

There is no difference between either campus. All clubs & societies are based in the PJ Campus, and are open for all students under BAC Education regardless of campus, programme or study duration (part time or full time). 

All clubs and societies will contact you via email if you have applied via the BACEngage website. 
 

All clubs & societies do not require prior experience before joining. Please feel free to join any club or society you feel can meets your academic or personal goals during your time in college/university.
